"The Spartan" model has 2,000 square feet of living space, a huge double garage, and a screened in porch. The house is built with 9 foot tall walls giving your new home an open, spacious feel. This model comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The total square footage of this house stretches almost to 3,000. "The Spartan" model prices may vary.
